Can I just say that this has to be the best customer service for a field technician I've ever experienced. Before he even arrived, Sean Rhea was courteous, considerate and accommodating over the phone.
Once he arrived, he greeted me with a smile and business card right away. (I love that!) He found and resolved my electrical issue within his first couple of minutes of being here.
When he came inside to quote for other jobs I had questions about, he wore the shoe covers (super important to me) and was open to and informative about every project I came up with.
He was realistic about the quotes and just went above and beyond overall. I was impressed with All Services reviews before I called them and because of Sean, I'll be a life-long customer.
Sean was great—very knowledgeable, quickly identified the problem, and restored the current to my fridge. He also showed me how to work my circuit breaker, which was very enlightening as my recently deceased husband only used to tend to the circuit breaker himself. He was a lifesaver! And hats off to All Services who responded quickly to my urgent request. He also expressed benefits in joining the Membership plan for future coverage and savings, which was very much appreciated. There’s service. And then there’s All Services! From setting up an appointment with Cristina to get my AC unit tuned up, to Jeff calling me when he was on the way (even brought me a coffee!) The whole process simple, easy, and informative. Jeff walked me through everything and explained it all while he did the work. 100% satisfied!
Sean was great..very polite and was able to get an estimate done and scheduled immediately.. very thankful.. Brian was able to get the work done efficiently and very neat. He was very polite and him and his helper did it an extremely great job. I suggest All Services for any needs..
Brian Juarez was our service man who came out to replace our exhaust fan in bathroom. He was very professional, did the job well, cleaned up after himself.
